1. Ride Cancellation by Passenger
- You can cancel your ride free of charge before the driver has been dispatched.
- If you cancel after the driver has been dispatched or upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
2. Ride Cancellation by Chardikala Travels
- In rare cases, we may cancel a ride due to technical issues, driver unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel a ride, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative booking options.
- Airport transfers
- A full refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically or upon request.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for prepaid rides canceled by Chardikala Travels or under exceptional circumstances.
- If you were charged incorrectly, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the ride.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
